Miller, who works in agricultural marketing, got the idea to start the dating service when he kept meeting lonely farmers through his work. Living in a rural area where the nearest neighbor is miles away and everyone knows each other does not leave a lot of dating options.

Moreover, you continued to use your paid privileges after the renewal and have been on the site as recently as today. The customer's subscription was cancelled as soon at that was requested. We never charge people once they cancel. In your case, you cancelled on October 22 and cancellation was immediately effective as of that date. You have not been charged since you cancelled and of course you won't be.
It is not true that you were charged after you cancelled. You paid on the 21st and cancelled on the 25th, more than 4 days. The 3 day policy therefore does not apply. I set up an account for my brother on February 4, I do not expect to get this payment back. My brother decided on March 6, that he didnt want the subscription anymore. I logged into his account and cancelled his subscription that same day.
I received a message after submitting the cancellation that he would receive an email confirming that cancellation shortly. He never received that email. He called the customer service number the next day on March 7, to confirm the subscription was cancelled and was told it was. I made several calls to the customer service number starting on August 27, and have not been able to get this issue resolved.

I only visited and responded to the site for less than 24 hours before finding out its faults and realizing that the site was very hard to use and the men were not what the site leads you to believe. I contacted Customer Support, I was told that I would receive an email in 3 business days which I did not.
Called again and spoke to the same representative who was very rude. I was told there was no supervisor or other departments that I could speak to. This is fraudulent. I would like my money back in full. That is written just about everywhere on the website so you were not mislead at all, contrary to your claim. Moreover, you paid and used your paid privileges to communicate with many members. Per the terms you agreed to, you are not entitled to a refund once you do so.
