So I decide to try again with my secondary email address to see if the issue was maybe with my email where I had had a account before.

Within 30 minutes the same thing had happen to my new profile with the different email. I then emailed them to see what was going on and have never heard back from them at all and that email was sent 3 days ago. I find that to not be very great customer service. It makes me sad to have to do this but when I app deleted real users for no reason I have to stop using it.

My guess is Markus doesn't want to rewrite his software to work across a scale out cluster so even if it's more expensive scale up works better for his needs.
